From commencement through extensions to the conclusion of the contract, the contractor has access to a self service portal so their transactions can be conducted instantly, without needing the assistance of our customer service staff.

A 1300 number is not the only means by which our contractors and potential contractors can get in touch. We also have live chat on our web site - a first for the industry, new contractors can register immediately online and they can stay in touch through the contractor's portal.
